Account Manager (Integrated Services Division)

The Account Manager manages client relationships and service delivery within the Integrated Services division, ensuring client satisfaction, compliance, and financial accuracy. This role is responsible for conveying client needs to internal teams, handling financial aspects, and ensuring services meet all legal and company standards. The Account Manager operates independently, pushing out information to internal teams, focusing on fulfilling client requests.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relations:

  • Serve as the primary contact for clients utilizing integrated services.
  • Understand client requirements and tailor services accordingly based on their requests.
  • Inform clients of legal requirements and company policies related to services provided.

Information Dissemination:

  • Push out client requests and service details to Operations and other internal teams promptly.
  • Ensure timely and accurate communication to facilitate service delivery.

Compliance Assurance:

  • Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to integrated services.
  • Communicate compliance requirements to clients clearly.
  • Guide clients to ensure all services adhere to legal and company standards.

Financial Management:

  • Collect, record, and process payments from clients for services rendered.
  • Handle invoicing and ensure timely payment collection.

Service Coordination:

  • Coordinate service logistics based on client specifications and requests.

Documentation:

  • Prepare service agreements, proposals, and financial reports.
  • Maintain accurate client records, including financial transactions and compliance communications.

Preferred Qualifications


    • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
    • 3+ years of experience in account management or logistics.
    • Strong organizational and communication skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple clients and services.
    • Knowledge of asset management and logistics is a plus.
