Job Duties – Roofing Technician

• Inspect commercial roofing systems for damage, wear, and potential issues.
• Perform routine roof maintenance and repairs on commercial roofing systems.
• Identify, document, and report roofing deficiencies and recommended solutions.
• Complete preventive maintenance tasks to extend the life of roofing systems.
• Perform minor roof repairs safely and efficiently.
• Assist with commercial roof installations and restoration projects.

• Maintain accurate records of inspections, repairs, and maintenance performed.
