Operational Responsibilities 

   •    Supervise and support staff during service.

    •    Lead by example to maintain a positive, high-energy environment.

    •    Enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for service, cleanliness, and safety.

    •    Schedule bar staff effectively based on business volume and events.

    •    Manage cash handling, daily sales reports, and POS accuracy.


Guest Experience

    •    Ensure every guest receives prompt, professional, and friendly service.

    •    Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints quickly and effectively.

    •    Maintain a welcoming atmosphere that aligns with our brand’s identity.


Inventory & Cost Control

    •    Manage ordering, receiving, and inventory of all beverage products and supplies.

    •    Track and analyze cost of goods sold (COGS) to ensure profitability.

    •    Prevent theft and waste through consistent monitoring and staff accountability.


Menu & Program Development

    •    Collaborate to design cocktail menus and specials.

    •    Stay current on industry trends, seasonal ingredients, and new beverage techniques.

    •    Knowledge of pricing strategy to balance cost and guest value.


Compliance & Training

    •    Ensure all staff comply with state/local liquor laws and health regulations.

    •    Train and develop staff on bar techniques, upselling, and responsible service.

  

Qualifications:

    •    Experience in bar management or lead bartender role.

    •    Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

    •    Knowledge of cocktails, spirits, beer, and wine.

    •    Proven ability to manage costs and improve profitability.

    •    Comfortable working nights, weekends, and holidays.
