Position Overview: As a store manager, you will be the key contributor for driving sales and reaching monthly sales goals. Responsible for managing team, store requirements, scheduling, intake of new merchandise, merchandising, customer service, running of cash register, producing social media content, etc.

  • Need to make effective decisions on their own with the greater good in mind for the entire business.
  • Provide outstanding customer service.
  • Able to make decisions that directly impact the bottom line; including sales, loss prevention, and the success of Lily Jane Boutique.
  • This person identifies as the face of the store for all places including but not limited to social, website, and attending community events.
  • Manage all social media platforms – creating engaging photos, videos, reels, lives, and try-on’s.
  • Willingness to travel to trade shows with the owner. Therefore a need to manage inventory levels for profit.

Position Specifics:

  • This position is full-time, in-person, and paid with a salary.
  • Health benefits and retirement are not included at this time.
  • Potential monthly bonuses based on sales results.
  • Tuesday – Friday 10 am – 6 pm with additional responsibilities that come as a manager.

What to expect from the interview process:

  • We will review each application as they are received. Those who qualify will be asked to meet with Sarah Jane.
  • If this meeting is successful, the applicant will be asked to meet with the co-owner and current store employees.
  • If both the applicant and Lily Jane team want to move forward, a shadowing day with Sarah Jane will be scheduled so the applicant can see a day in the life at  Lily Jane Boutique.
  • If the shadowing experience is a success, a potential offer will follow.
