The Mallory Agency is seeking a personal lines account manager with an incredible attitude and work ethic. An individual who is team spirited and constantly strives for excellence. A professional who can stay focused in a fast-paced work environment. Our ideal candidate holds an active Alabama Property and Casualty License and has two years of personal lines insurance experience. This self-motivated individual will maintain our client relationships while portraying our agency four standards of excellence: professionalism, emotional intelligence, business acumen and technical skill set.

Responsibilities:

Confer with prospects to best understand their individual insurance needs. Research and gather all necessary data to present the best option of coverages.

Conduct renewal reviews on existing business. Increase liability limits, explore other coverage needs and round out accounts.

Maintain client records by recording all correspondence, inquiries, and actions in our agency management system.

Become proficient in all company requirements and quoting systems.

Daily activities include completing submissions, change notices, preparing proposals, binding coverage with our carriers, answering billing and invoicing questions and processing renewals.

Requirements:

Active Alabama Property and Casualty Agent License

College degree preferred/ High School Diploma required

Professional designations including (but not limited to) are preferred but not required: CIC, CISR, AAI.

At least 2 years personal lines insurance experience.

Highly proficient in a technological agency environment. Including Word, Excel, Power Point. Applied Epic experience a plus.

Organized and possess excellent oral and written communication skills. Attention to detail a must.

Ability to resolve problems with clients and insurance carriers.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $53,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • 8:30-5:00 CST
  • Monday to Friday
