We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Business Insurance Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will support our clients by providing top-tier customer service and assisting with their insurance needs. You will handle policy updates, client inquiries, and administrative tasks while ensuring accuracy and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner.
  • Process policy changes, endorsements, and renewals.
  • Assist with quoting and binding new business policies.
  • Provide support for claims processing and follow-ups.
  • Maintain accurate client records in our system.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and company products.
  • Collaborate with team members to provide seamless service to clients.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma
  • Time management and organizational skills
  • Process information to make informed decisions
  • Proficient in the use of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook email). AMS360 insurance software knowledge is a plus
  • Ability to strategize and solve problems
  • Excellent communication, detail, and people skills
  • An analytical mind and ability to multitask
  • Systems-oriented
  • Property & Casualty Insurance License (A plus but not required)

Job Type:

  • Full-time, 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. (Monday - Thursday)
  • 8:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. (Friday)

Pay: $45,000 - $50,000 (depending on skill set)
