Field Services Technician
The Integrated Services Technician assists with the delivery, setup, maintenance, and pickup of Event Restroom Trailers (ERT), Event Ice (EI), and Skylink services. The primary focus is on providing sanitation services, including handling and cleaning of restroom trailers and portable toilets. This role ensures that all services are delivered efficiently, safely, and in compliance with environmental and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities
Service Delivery and Setup
- Safely transport restroom trailers and portable toilets to and from event sites.
- Deliver Event Ice and assist with Skylink setups as required.
- Set up units according to client specifications and site layouts.
- Ensure proper connection of utilities and secure placement.
Maintenance and Cleaning
- Perform thorough cleaning and sanitization of restroom units before and after events.
- Replenish supplies such as soap, paper products, and hand sanitizers.
- Operate vacuum trucks and pumping equipment to remove waste.
- Dispose of liquid waste in compliance with environmental regulations.
Equipment Management
- Conduct routine inspections to ensure equipment is in good working condition.
- Identify and report any maintenance needs or repairs.
- Maintain accurate records of equipment usage and locations.
- Manage inventory of supplies and spare parts.
Compliance and Safety
- Follow all safety protocols and regulatory requirements related to waste handling and transportation.
- Keep up-to-date with environmental laws and company policies.
- Complete necessary paperwork for waste disposal and equipment maintenance.
- Maintain logs of services performed and client interactions.
Customer Service
- Communicate professionally with clients and event sta9 on-site.
- Address any immediate concerns or service requests.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly to ensure client satisfaction.
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in sanitation services, waste management, or a related field preferred.
- Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with a clean driving record.• Tanker and Hazardous Materials (HazMat) endorsements may be required.
- Ability to operate waste removal equipment and vehicles safely.
- Knowledge of waste disposal regulations and environmental compliance.
- Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy equipment.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
