Number One Properties is a property management company based in Auburn, AL. We are currently seeking a staff to maintenance our rental homes in the Auburn-Opelika area and Montgomery.

- Full-time

- 8-hour shift

- Monday to Friday

Requirements:

- Valid driver's license

- High school diploma or equivalent

Experience:

- Experience in property maintenance is a plus

- Basic knowledge of home maintenance is a plus

Skills:

- Excellent verbal communication skills

- Strong multitasking abilities

- Proficiency in Korean is a plus

Duties:

- Promptly address tenant maintenance requests  

- Property repair/replacement/maintenance works (but not substantial.)

- Make service calls to contractors, schedule appointments, and follow up with the property manager or the homeowner. 

- Effectively communicate between contractors and tenants to ensure that any maintenance issues are resolved

- Conduct move-in and move-out inspections to assess condition of the home before and after tenant occupancy

- Install and remove For Sale/For Rent signs in yard

- Others related to property maintenance.
